The main focus of our Elders classes is to keep active and maintain your independence as you age; lowering risks of falls and increasing balance and strength. This unique style of training offers a range of lasting health benefits to make you feel fit and healthy; as if you were 21 again!
Our strength and conditioning classes encompass so much more than just lifting weights and focuses on a variety of tools to improve movement, health and physical performance. In classes of no more than 12, our classes will keep you motivated and leave you smiling and sweaty!
Teens Sports Development
Monday, Wednesday & Friday;

Our Teens Sport Development classes provide a safe, fun, and engaging environment for teens to build strength and muscle that can help tremendously with sports and/or general physical and mental wellbeing, promoting a healthy routine for their everchanging lifestyle.
