Bills Chicken Pot Pie*

Bill is one of our incredible Powerlifting Team. Having been power Since the 1990's

Bill has held National or World Powerlifting records from 1998 to the present day. He started in the 75Kg weight category back in the late 90s, working his way up the weight classes with records and wins in every category. 75Kg, 82.5Kg, 90Kg and 100Kg. Over the last 2 decades he has been bulking and competing. We just love having you on our team team and we dedicate this excellent Pot Pie to you!

INGREDIENTS

For pot

1 Coles (or similar) Rotisserie Chicken

2 Cups Frozen Mixed Vegies

1 300 gram tin Cream of Chicken Soup 98% Fat Free

1 Cup Milk 2%

2 Teaspoons Onion Powder

1 Teaspoon chicken stock powder




For crust

1 Cup Unflavored Protein powder

1 Large Egg

2 Teaspoons Dried Parsley

1/4 Teaspoon salt

1/4 Teaspoon pepper

1 Cup Water




Instructions

In a large mixing bowl combine chicken, frozen vegetables, cream of chicken, milk, dried onions, poultry seasoning and some salt and pepper.Dump into lightly greased casserole dish (9X9).In same mixing bowl combine Protein powder, egg, water, dried parsley, salt, and pepper.Pour evenly on top of first mixture in casserole dish.Bake uncovered at 280 degrees for 1 hour or until top is golden brown.
